Shipping
Ordered products will be delivered as quickly as possible in accordance with the requested shipping method. All shipping costs are subject to change without prior notice. We will make every effort to ensure that you receive your order as soon as possible, but we cannot give out any estimates as we depend on third parties for the deliveries. All goods are supplied subject to availability. If we are unable to deliver your goods at the moment we receive the order, we will notify you immediately and inform you of the expected delivery date - which is an estimate and not a guarantee. You can cancel the order if you or your client doesn't want to wait. If the payment has already been made, you will receive a full refund for the item or items in question. This does not apply on orders with free transport.

The purchase amounts listed above do not include VAT (net prices). If there are back orders, we will ship them later at no extra cost.
Please note, no additional items can be added to back orders. This offer applies only to the main order.

Damages and issues
If the goods we supply are damaged during shipping or do not correspond to the items on the delivery note or the items you ordered, you are required to notify us and return the items within 3 calendar days following receipt. If we do not receive such notification, the customer will be deemed to have accepted the items and to be satisfied with them. We cannot be held liable for any consequential damage due to late delivery or non-delivery by the carrier engaged by the company. Our liability in such instances is limited to the value of the items which it has been demonstrated were not received by the customer.
In each case, when you receive a shipment for us you are obliged to check this on arrival. The driver or delivery person is legally bound to wait while you check the cartons for any signs of damage. This damage has to be written on the POD or you have to refuse the shipment all together. If you do not do this, our insurance can not take your claim.

Returning and exchanging items
We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase at Bazar Bizar BVBA. We make every effort to offer you outstanding quality, value for money and excellent service. If you wish to return an item because it is damaged, please submit a ticket immediately after reception of the damaged goods, with pictures (of the package and the products) and a description of the damage. After approval, you return the damaged goods in their original packaging, together with a printed version of the return approval, within 3 days after reception. If appropriate, we will exchange the item or items or refund the full cost price.
Please note that when you have placed a dropshipping order, goods will not be taken back if the end customer does not want them anyway. Taking back the goods is then the responsibility of the seller. In case of damage, the same procedure applies as described above.
We do NOT take returns based on slight differences in colour, material or design. We only work with handmade products from natural materials, so slight imperfections or differences are considered part of the appeal of our collection.
